Well-planned and well-structured swimming lessons are always the most productive and result in good progress. But what exactly should a swimming lesson include?
A gentle and progressive warm-up, followed by a main theme and usually ending with a contrasting activity. But there is a whole lot more to consider before you get to those parts. Take a look at the lesson plan below, or read the article here that details exactly what a typical 30 minute swimming lesson should include.
